RETURN POLICY
We offer exchanges only for items purchased at full retail price. All sales on discounted items or collaborations are final. No exchanges or refunds will be provided for discounted items or purchases made using cryptocurrency (Coinbase).
Please note that some cryptocurrencies, like Ethereum, may take longer to confirm. Wait until you receive confirmation before leaving the page. Ensure you pay the exact amount, as incorrect payments will not be processed, although your cryptocurrency will still be transferred.
For full-price items, exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
To cancel or modify an order, contact us at service@classwarclothing.com within 12 hours of placing it.
Class War Clothing Co. does not offer credits or refunds for price differences on items bought before a sale. Full-price purchases can be exchanged, but sale items are final. Orders shipped before a sale cannot be exchanged for discounted items.
If you encounter any issues with your merchandise, notify us at service@classwarclothing.com within 2 days of receiving your shipment.
To exchange an item, it must be in its original packaging, in new condition, with tags and the printed receipt. Domestic customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. International customers must cover shipping costs both ways for exchanges.
Any item returned to Class War Clothing Co. due to delivery failure or refusal will incur a $15 fee to cover reshipment costs. Customers are provided with tracking details and are expected to monitor their delivery. Returned packages will be reshipped after confirming the delivery address and receiving the RTS fee via the original payment method.
If an item is returned due to a policy dispute or order refusal, a Forced Refund will be issued. The refund will cover the order subtotal minus the original shipping costs and a $4-$8 restocking fee per item.
DELIVERY
EXPEDITED SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.
You will receive a confirmation email from service@classwarclothing.com when your order is confirmed. Orders will generally ship within 10 business days, often within 3 to 4 days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks, contact us at service@classwarclothing.com.
TAXES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. International orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We select carriers based on the most efficient delivery. If you do not want your package left unattended, please request signature service. We are not responsible for lost packages if you do not request this service. Contact us if your package is lost, and we will file a claim for you. International customers are responsible for customs duties and brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs.
